SyncTimes provides the real-time data and tools needed to eliminate chaos, improve patient flow efficiency, and increase revenue while keeping your frontline staff safe and engaged.
Projects and applications I've built.
The Flowstation provides users with situational awareness for the exam rooms they are working in. They are are installed in the clinic setting and are also available through PCs and Mobile Devices. Users are able to personalize the Flowstation they utilize in their Browser, Desktop App, and Mobile Device to only view specific exam rooms. Users can choose to view all exam rooms in a department, all exam rooms assigned to one or more Provider(s), or to select exam rooms individually. Users will only hear sounds for the exam rooms that are displayed on the Flowstation screen.
The Admin Console allows SyncTimes staff and individual nurse managers and administrative users of clinics to manage everything throughout their Organization such as Department settings, Users, Rooms, Actions, etc.
The Mobile Device Manager allows SyncTimes admins to manage all deployed devices remotely. Admins can remotely manage 700+ tablets through the web app, clicking, managing apps, and device settings.
Ionic (then Java) was used to build SyncTimes Android application that can be found on the Google Play Store. The Android/iOS app gives the user the same ability as the web app, plus push notifications.
SyncTimes Exam Room app is built in native Java 4.4 - 8.1. These are installed on Kiosk style tablets that sit inside and outside exam rooms, allowing users to interactive with.
SyncTimes desktop application was built in Electron. This allows users to always have a Flowstation ready/open on their PC's. One key feature is static float that'll allow the application to always be open at the bottom corner of the users screen.
Our Node server is used for all real time connections (using Sockets) between the web app and Android Tablets. This was later replaced with Microsoft SignalR.
Corporate Website was built with Webflow, allowing SyncTimes non-devs to contribute/make changes to.
Push notifications (Firebase), SMS notifications (Twilio), Phone (Twilio), and Browser notifications. The alert subscriptions allows clinical staff to setup alerts based on their preferences. Ranging from room alerts, to code blues.
Took part with Refuah (New York), and CBHA Connel (Washington) installs.
